We have developed a wide range of expertise through our management of salons. That advanced expertise, designer sensibility, and attractive interiors have drawn the acclaim of customers and allowed us to grow into a salon with an 80% repeat customer rate, all without the use of advertising. This led us to open an Eyelash School to allow those interested to learn from our expertise and pursue a career in the beauty sector. hal+ can confidently attest to the fact that we provide the whole repertoire eye stylists and store managers need to learn for their future careers.

Product development

Glue is one of the key points that determines the quality of an eyelash extension. hal+ has developed the Juicy glue, a brand-new product in use in our salons that offers greater durability and is more hypoallergenic and effective for those with sensitive skin. Many of our clients rave about how our eyelash extensions are completely different from that offered at other salons. We will continue developing new products that help our clients be at their most beautiful. 。

Childcare Business

Childcare Business

Seeking to enable women to continue working at their best even after childbirth, we operate a private-sector nursery school on Josui-dori in Hirao, Fukuoka that is certified by the Cabinet Office. The president of the company has a child of her own, and has experienced the trials and tribulations of being a working mother. She built the business around providing good nursing, schooling, and meals to children and allowing them and their mothers to live with greater peace of mind. The nursery schools provide handmade baby food and lunches. They are also fully-equipped with nursing spaces for children who develop sudden fevers or other ailments. The spaces are also designed to be cute and appealing to children.
